One of the most popular fighting games is finally making its way to the Android platform. The Street Fighter franchise has been around since the Nintendo ES (I should know, my brother and I shoveled show to save up to buy the game), and arrived first on the smartphone scene as an iOS game for the iPhone. Soon, Android fans will be able to partake in the legendary game...but the masses will have to wait until the game is released from the clutches of the smartphone maker LG as an exclusive game.
No word on which LG device will get Street Fighter IV, as the press release only mentions the "first HD Android smartphone". Speculation points at the upcoming LU6200 that has enough ramped up internals to handle the game's graphics and game-play quite nicely.

After LG has its way with Street Fighter IV, I'm guessing just about all of the newer Android devices running 2.3 or higher should be able to handle the game, and not at a moment too soon, as I'm sure Android users are itching to get their hands on the uber popular fighter.
